Our concept begins with flavour and texture, using sugar as the vehicle to surprise you. We believe that quality confectionery is about pleasure, about sensation in your mouth and developing flavour. Our bonbons may even make you smile! The flavours are subtle, sometimes surprising, and satisfying. We give a unique slant to traditional confections. All our products are gluten free.

Our bonbons and truffles are handmade from the purest ingredients and contain no preservatives. We advise that you consume them within two weeks of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place, less than 20C, and preferably, in their packaging. Refrigerate only the fruit jellies. Eat confectionery at room temperature.

Flavours to savour

Bags of Delights is known for its innovative confectionery and has developed a loyal following in farmers' markets in the East of England. Our gourmet marshmallows are handmade from local East Anglian sugar, local organic and free-range eggs, and natural flavourings. You can choose from any of our delicious flavours and we will make them to order or supply from stock. We keep only a small stock on hand as we do not add preservative, although some ingredients may contain additives from their own production processes. Allow up to a week for recorded delivery of your special order.
