All marshmallows are produced from British sugar, water, fresh local organic egg white, beef gelatine, liquid glucose, and then flavoured. These generous marshmallow pieces are generally rolled in cornflour and powdered sugar after cutting. These products are not suitable for vegetarians. All products are gluten free.

Bourbon vanilla (vanilla extract: water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extracts)
Rose water (rose extract contains: alcohol, propylene glycol as a humectant, natural oil of rose).This product contains the added natural colour: carmine E120)
Orange flower water (orange blossom extract contains: alcohol, propylene glycol as a humectant, natural oil of orange flowers)
Chocmint - peppermint with powdered sugar and cocoa coating (peppermint oil as flavouring: contains alcohol 83% by volume, water and peppermint oil 3.12% by volume; powdered sugar, cocoa)
Elderflower (elderflower extract: English elderflowers, sugar, preservatives: citric acid, sulphur dioxide)

French violet (flavour: nature identical violet extract, flecked with crystallized French violet fragments. As part of their crystallization the natural violet flowers are coated with gum arabic (E414) and are coloured with E132 and E122 to enhance their natural colour.)
NewTangerine (flavoured with natural mandarin juice concentrate, tangerine flavour concentrate, and natural essential tangerine oil)
Lemon meringue - tangy lemon (flavour: lemon juice, natural lemon extract (alcohol, natural oil of lemon, water), natural lemon flavour, preservative: sulphur dioxide)
New Summer strawberry (flavour: natural strawberry extract, freeze-dried strawberry pieces)

Black Forest (kirsch and chocolate extract as flavour, flecked with freeze-dried Morello cherry pieces)
Cherry (kirsch as flavour, flecked with freeze-dried Morello cherry pieces)
Margarita (white tequila, fresh lime juice, and triple sec liqueur as flavour, finished with powdered sugar and ground sea salt)
Bitter Orange (triple sec liqueur as flavour with natural bitter orange essential oil)
Raspberry Tang (raspberry vodka as flavour, flecked with freeze-dried raspberry pieces)
